CASE STUDIES
All The Way Up
XKX Projects were given the brief of building a set for David Jason's Directorial debut in the 2010 comedy "All The Way Up".
The task was to create a lift set that would replicate that of a 1937 art deco style lift from a hotel.
The design had to match perfectly in quality and dimensions to ensure continuity of the shooting schedule when moved from the 'actual' lift
in the hotel to the 'replicated' lift in the film studios.
In addition, it was essential that the unit be easily manouverable and changeable at any one point and elevation so the perfect shot could be captured.
"The quality of the build was highly complimented in it's craftsmanship and precision. The brief was delivered with a real focus
on detail and a high level of professionalism.
XKX Projects and Dino Parrinello would come highly recommended as an over-delivering
professional, reliable company."
