PROJECT MANAGEMENT
XKX Projects will control and manage the day to day activities on site to deliver quality of construction and finish and ensure communication with the client is maintained throughout the project. We will, of course, always comply with regulations for Health & Safety, Building Control, Fire Regulations and all our work copmlies with CDM regulations.
We specialise in projects with small to medium budgets.
Project Manager
- A Project Manager must ensure quality of work and product.
- The duty of the Project Manager is to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within its defined constraints.
- If a problem arises it is also the duty of the project manager to develop quick and practical solutions.
- If there are certain specifications that have been given to the Project Manager, he or she must ensure that these specifications are delivered.
- It is the Project Manager who liaises with all contractors and parties during the construction stage while on site.
An XKX Project Manager ensures that deadlines are met, compliance is assured, everything is in order and a critical path has been established.
